do hereby give public notice to all per
son 'claiming the said American
Schooner "Frank W. Howe," tacklo,
etc., and freight, or In any manner in
terested thqreln, that they be and ap
pear before the said Dlctrlct Court, to
be held at the City of Hrtiolulu, on
Prlday, the 4th day of April, A. D.

that day, provided the same shall be
a day of jurisdiction: otherwise on the

The steamers Mauna Loa and Nocail
arrlied In port early this morning. The
L Mauna Loa, Captain Slmcrson, from
Lahalna, Maaleaca Kona and Kau ar
rived at 6 o'clock with mall, passen
gers and a sugar and miscellaneous
cargo. The Noeau, Captain Green,
came Into poit at 5 o'clock from Ku-
kulhaole with a sugar cargo.
Tho Mauna Loa repoits smooth seas
and no wind along the Kau coast. Lota
of rain fell throughout the trip. Smooth
seas and light northeast winds were
experlenied In the channel coming
home. The gasoline schooner Eclipse
was at Kallua wlicu the Mnuna Loa ar
rived there.
The Noeau lepoits the Waialeale at
Ilonokna loading sugar. The weathci
on the llamakua coait was not pleas
ant. A licavy Mvell was running and
It was hurd for the boats to lo-ul and
unload. It inlnti! almost lomluually
for the whole week at Ilaiimkuu. Good
weather waa etilojcd .lining the run
