At an adjourned annual .meeting of
the Kohala Plantation Co. yesterday it
was decided that that corporation
should Issue bonds to the amount of
$100,000, for the purpose of paying for
the pumping plant Installed two years
ago. The authorization was given for
the making ot an Issue of $300,000 but
only tho amount named will ba Issued
and the remainder kept In the treasury
for futuro contingencies. Tho follow
