fresh and soft for several days. If

yolks would be unfit for use the sec

may be made Into macaroons, kisses,
or used for meringues, Tho whites of
two eggs with a quaitcr of n pound of
stigur and the same quantity of nlmontl
paste will make two dozen macaroons.
Where hard boiled yolks are wanted It
Is much better to break the eggs, sep
arate carefully the yolks ft out tho
whites, and drop the yolks Into wnter
that Is boiling hot; cook slowly for
tewnty minutes. In this way ytnt save
