evidence given showed that the dead
roan had spent the evening before at
a friend's bouse, leaving there much
under the Influence of liquor. On bis

follow a narrow path that ran along
the top of a bank 30 feet high. Evi
dently he Btumbled and fell over this
cliff (o tho road below. He fell with
his face down, breaking his n$ck and
one arm The coroner's Jury returned
a verdict of accidental death caused
by falling while intoxicated.
