Schools and hospitals aro tho hall, marks of our civilization. A Jealous regard for their efficiency and high standing Is the sign of pat riotic duty and civic pride. A disre gard for their welfare Is Indicative of minds ripo for tho seeds of degeneracy and decay, , As citizens of this great Republic our schools and hospitals should bo our constant caro.
