COUNTY ELECTION PROCLAMATION.
Whereat, A general election for tho election of Senators and Repre
sentatives of the Territory of Hawaii will take place according to taw, on
the 6th day of November, A. D. 1906; and
Whereat, It It provided In Section 29, chapter 10 of Act 39 of the Sen
.' tlon Laws of 1905 that the election of County officers shall be held and
take place at the time tet and fixed by law for the general election of Sen
ators and Representatives of the Territory of Hawaii; and
Whereat, Section 36 of Chapter 10 of eaid Act 39 of the Session Laws
of 1905 of the Territory of Hawaii provides and requires that a proctama-
tlon concerning County elections shall be made by the Board of Supervisors
of the various Counties at least sixty days before a general election;
Now, Therefore, In accordance with the provlslonc of chapter 10 of Act
39 of the Session Laws of 1905 of tho Territory of Hawaii, we, the under
signed, duly elected, qualified and acting members of the Board of Super
vltors of the County of Oahu, Territory of Hawaii, hereby give notice that
a regular election of County officers for the County of Oahu, Territory of
Hawaii, will be held "on Tuesday, the 6th day of November, A. D. 1906, be
tween tho hours of eight o'clock A. M. and five o'clock P.M. on tald day,
throughout said County of Oahu.
COUNTY OFFICERS.
County Officers to be elected:
For the County of Oahu." '
SEVEN SUPERVISORS, three of whom shall be elected from the District
of Honolulu; ono from tho District of Ewa; one from the Districts of
Walanae and Waialua; ono from the Districts of Koolauloa and Koo
laupoko; and one at-large. 1
SHERIFF, who shall be ex-offido Coroner; '
COUNTY CLERK, who shall be ex officio Clerk of tho Board of Supervisors;
AUDITOR;
COUNTY ATTORNEY;
TREASURER; all to be elected by the duly qualified electors of the County.
DEPUTY 8HERIFF for the District of Honolulu; ,
DEPUTY 8HERIFF for the District or Ewa;
x DEPUTY SHERIFF for the District of Walanae;
DEPUTY SHERIFF for the District of Waialua;
DEPUTY SHERIFF for the District of Koolauloa;
