The Koolau Hallroad Company, at
a special meeting this' morning, de
cided to Increase Us capital stock by
the Issuance of 150,000 worth of new
stock, so that the capital stock of the
company will now be J150.000.
This action was made necessary by
tho fact that expenbes to nljout that
amount hail been Increased already,
and It was necessary to Increase tho
stock to pay the outstanding Indebt
edness incurred through construction
work.
