STARHINESS
Judge Robinson's court opened this
morning, and a formidable array of
cases confronted the Judgo on his re
turn from vacation. Pleas wero en
tered In flvo cases on Indictments ro
turned by the Territorial Grand Jury,
unit In two cases pleas wore leserved
until Monday.
ltamon Hodrlgues, who was Indict
ed on a charge of "rape, entered a pica-
of not guilty, as did also those otners
who entered their plow, whoso names
and tho charged crlmo follows: K.
Anno, Belling boozo without a llcensa;
Namurn, assault with u ueauiy wea
pon; Alexandria Maria Pak Choc,
adultery; and Wong Oock, adultery.
All these entered pleas of not guilty.
David Keycs, tho man who wished
to manlpulato Father Valentin s mov-

charged" with embezzlement ns a re
sult, reserved his plea until next Mon
day, as did also Harry Lancaster, who
confessed to an attempt to set flnj
to a house, and who Is charged with
arson.
