The third assessment of ten Dor
cent. ($10. per share), on the assess
able stock of the Kona Tobacco Com
pany, Ltd., wus duo on August 31st,
19U8, and Is now delinquent and
bears Interest at the rate of eight
per cent, per annum from said date.
If not paid by September 30, 1908,
the shares on which the same la due
will be advertised and sold according
to law and the by-laws of the Com
pany.
The fourth assessment of ten per
cent. (110. per share) on said stock
will be dua and payable on Sentem-
ber 30, 1908, and will be delinquent
after that date.
