At twelve o'clock noon, Monday,
March 1, 1909, at the front entrance
to tlio Judiciary llulldlng, Honolulu,
there will be bold at public auction,
under the I'lovlslotm of Part C, Land
Act 1895, (Sections 278-281; Inclu
Hive, Hevlued Laws of Hawaii), Gen
eral leases of the following described
(1) A portion of tho land of Ho-
nuaula, North Kona, Hawaii, contain
ing an urea of 2943 acres, more or
less, and classed as grazing land.

payablo semi-annually In advance.
Term of Lease, fifteen (15) years

that the entire boundaries of the
