He It Knnctcd by the Legislature of
the Territory of Hawaii:
Section 1. That Sections 4, 9, 17,
24, 31 and 35 of Act 119 of the Ses
sion Uwh of 1907 entitled "An Act
to Hegulnte the Snle of Intnxtintlng
Liquors, repealing Act (!7 of the Ses
sion Laws of 1905," are hereby amen
dud to respectively read as follows:
Section 4. Kach Hoard within Its
own County shall hup.lhc sole power
and authority to grunt, refuse, sus
pend, rcvolic, regulate and control li
censes to sell Intoxicating liquors In
such County, jiubjcct to the provis
ions and directions In this Act con
tained. The exercise of the power
and authority by tills Act vested In
the Hoard, Bhall bo final In each case,
and shall not be reviewable by or
appealable to any court or trlhunu
except as herein provided.
