TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ($21,900.00) DOLLARS
are hereby appropriated to bo paid out of moneys In tho Road Tax
bpcclnl Fund of the City and County of Honolulu, for tho building. and
maintenance of roada and bridges In tho respective districts named
herein, said pajment to bit In pro rata monthly subdivisions of said

aries fixed by law and other hh1.ii lea, of donations named herein, of
pa) mils and of accounts for material and supplies, accompanied h
original vouchors and certified by the Clerk as having been duly passed,
mid allowed by the Hoard of SupervUoia at any regular meeting, or
liny special meeting called for the piiriKiHe of considering expenditures,
AND, HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that to make expenditure
under this Resolution, It shall be necossuiy that all salary lists. Items
of donations, pay-rolls, Items of material mid supplier mid accounts of
