Section lfi. Any person who
shall molest, hinder or in any uinn
nor piuvent any Inspector or other
olllcer from pei forming any duty
imposed upon him by tho piovlslons
of this Ordinance', and any person
who shall Iolnto any of tho provis
ions of this Ordinance, shall' ho
deemed guilty .of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall
bo punished by a lino of not less
than $10 nor moio than $2S0, or
by Imprisonment for 11 term not ex
ceeding threo months or by boh
such lino mid Imprisonment.
Section 17. This Ordinance shall
