INSPECTION OF SUCH ARTI
CLES. AND PROVIDING FOR
THE APPOINTMENT OF AND

Section 1. No tainted or decayed
meat, fish, birds or fowls, fruit or
veKetnblcK, nor other food, which In
not healthy, ficali, sound, whole

food, nor nny meat or fish that haa
died from disease, shall bo brought
