by this Ordinance, tho Fish Inspec
tor shall bo, and Is hereby author

prohibited in tho District of Ho
nolulu, excepting at tho new mur
kct building nnd such other places

Tho Meat nnd Food Inspector shall

man consumption.
Section 14. That upon nny
meat, Ilsli, birds or fowls', fruit or
cgctables, or other articles ot food
being found by nny Inspector or

of Honolulu In n condition which Is
in his judgmont unwholesome and
unfit for use us human food, or In n
condition or ot a quality forbidden
by tlils Onifnnnce, but with respect
to tho quality nnd condition ot
which articles ot food snld Inspec
tor or other ofllcor may bo In doubt,
he shall forbid tho sale thereof, and
order that tho same be pet aside,
and shall nt once notify the City
nnd County Ploslclan of siich ac
