As provided for In Chnpter 4G of
the Revised Laws of Hawaii, 1005,
all persons holding water privileges
or those pajlng water rates aro
hereby notified that the water rates
for the six (6) months ending June
30, 1910, will be due nnd pnyublo on
the first day of January, 1910.
A failure to pay such water rates
within fifteen (15) ilajs thereafter
an additional charge of 10 per cent
wilt bo made.
All privileges upon which rates
remain unpaid on January 10, 1910,
aro subject to immediate Bhut-olt
