AND HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, 'That tho Auditor of the City and
County of Honolulu Is hereby authorised and directed to draw warrants on
the City and County Treasurer for any- of, tho sums named herein, or pnrta
thereof,, upon having filed with him schedules of salaries fixed by law, and
other salaries, of donations named-he'reln, of payrolls and of accounts for
material and supplies', accompanied by original oucticrs nnd certified by tho
Clerk as hating been duly passed nnd Allowed by the Hoard of Supervisors
nt any tegular meeting, or any special meeting called for tho purpose of
considering expenditures; ,.
AND, HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That to make expenditures under
this Resolution, it shall be necessary that all salary lists, Items of donations,
pa rolls, Items of material nnd supplies and accounts of general exponscs
shall, before being presented to the Hoard of Supervisors, be passed upon by
a Committee or Committees and by Buch bo reported to the Hoard of Super
visors with the recommendation of such Committee or Committees, and
sums found to be lawfully due nnd pnjnble may then bo toted upon singly
or collectively as cpmcnlent on a call of the aes and noes. In the event
uf'ony such Committee falling or neglecting to so pass upon any such mat-
