AN ORDINANCE REGULATING) THE CARRYING OF PASSENGERS FOR
HIRE IN LICENSED VEHICLES. PROVIDING THE RATES OF FARE
FOR THE CARRY 1N0 OF PASSENGERS IN SUCH VEHICLES AND
PROVIDING FOR PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE PRO
VISIONS OF THE ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF

tion thcient shall be punished by n lino, of not less than THItEE DOLLARS
($3.00), nml not limiej than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), or by
