ing her with murder.
Mrs, Grace is charged with being
an nccessory to the murder of Malm
in that she registered the watches of
her husband while ho wns nway on
his murderous mission, thus enabling
him to prove an alibi when first nr
tested. Afterward in his Confession
Grace told how he had given his
wlfo tho key of the automntic regis
ter and had her register his watches
every half hour while he was nway.
Mrs. Grace obtained a divorce from
her husband after he had been con
victed of murder In the second de
giee. For several days she has been held
at the police station, as It was un
derstood she was in communication
with hur husbund after his escape,

have threatened her life and that of
the attorney who brought' her suit
