Win A Prize
WHILE there may not be a prize for everyone in the Contest, it will be
safe to say that there will be a prize for everyone who is capable of
developing energy. The prizes offcrcd, and those to be announced lat
er, are sane, sensible and useful gifts. Every girl wants a piano, and
almost every man knows where one could be placed to the best advantage. The
same thing is true of a gold watch, a dinner service, while the only purely mas
culine prize offered thus far is the fifty-dollar wardrobe offer of the Clarion.
It won't be hard to dispose of twenty-five pounds of Sweet Shop chocolates.
It Costs Nothing
to enter nor to compete. The contest headquarters are upstairs, Waikiki the Em
pire, where every courtesy will be offered those wishing to enter. Tickets, good for
admission to any of the Honolulu Amusement Company's houses, with vote cou
pons attached can be secured there. Contestants, already nominated, who wish to
insure votes being cast for them, can secure these tickets at the Contest Headquarters.
Three Months from Today
The Contest closes. Three months in which to do a little pleasant work
among your friends and be richly rewarded.
