ing effective at 2:30 o'clock.
The Turkish parliament has been called together to consider the situation.
Italy has established a blockade on the coast of Tripoli and Cyrcnaica, and is assemb
ling hastily an expeditionary force of 360,000 men. Fifty transports have been pressed
into use to rush the soldiers tc Africa.
The Europeans are deserting Tripoli. A cordon of warships is drawn around the
harbor. Business in the city is at a standstill.
Italy's demand for immediate evacuation of Tripoli and Benghazi have been refused
and war is the alternative.
