HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, thnt the Mim of FOUR THOUSAND DOL
LARS (J4.000.00) is hereby appropriated to bo paid' out of nil moneys In the
Interest nnd Sinking Fund for City und County bonds for the payment of
Interest on City nnd County Honds, for the period heglnnlnR with the First
Day of January, 1912, and ending With the Thirtieth Day of June, 1912
AND HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, thnt the Auditor of the City nnd
County of Honolulu Is hereby nuthorlccd nnd directed to draw warrants tin the
Treasurer of said City and County for any nf the sums named herein, or parts
thereof, upon having filed with him schedules of salaries fixed by law. nnd
other salaries, of donations named herein, of pay rolls nnd accounts for ma
terials nnd supplies for general expenses nnd for Permanent Improvements,
accompanied by original vouchers and certllled by the Clerk ns having been
duly passed nnd allowed by the. Hoard of Supervisors ut nny regular meeting,
or nny special meeting called for the purpose of considering expenditures
AND HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that to make expenditures under
this resolution. It shall bo necessary that nil salary lists, Items covering dona
tions, pay rolls, accounts of general expense, nnd permanent Improvements
shall, before being presented to the Hoard of Supervisors, be passed upon by
a Committee or Committees, ami by such be reported to the Hoard nf Super
visors with the rccommoiulntldn-.iif .such Committee or Committees, ami sums
round to bo lawfully due and payable may then be voted upon singly or col
lectively as convenient, on n call of the nyes nnd noes. In the event of nny
sucrr Committee falling or neglecting to so pass nny such matters or to make
any recommendation In regard thereto, the Hoard may thereupon net.
