Defaulthhavingobeeeight made in the payment of sum and 21-100 dollars, ($8.21) which is-claimed to be due at the date of this notice as interest, (and the sum of $200.00 as principal as hereinafter set forth) upon a certain mortgage, duly executed and delivered by Christ Olsen, of Minneapolis, Minn., mortgagor, to Mary I. And whereas, by the terms of said mortgage it was provided that if default should be made in the payment of the principal sum secured by said mortgage or of any installment of interest, or the interest due thereon, it should be lawful for the mortgagee therein, her heirs or assigns, to declare said principal sum, together With the interest accrued thereon, to be immediately due and payable and whereas, default occurred on the first day of March, A. D. 1893, in the payment of an install ment of interest, and secured by said mortgage and due on that day, amounting to the sum of $8 00 and whereas, said default has continued ever since, and until the present time.
