In the matter of the estate of Thor Halvor son, deceased. On reading and filing the petition of H. E Hellgren claiming to be entitled to a convey ance of certain real estate from H. T. Holdt, as administrator of said estate, setting^ forth that Thor Halvorson, deceased, was bound by a contract in writing to convey said real estate to the said H. E. Hellgren,' upon the terms and conditions therein stated, with a description of the land to be conveyed, and the facts upon which such claim to convey ance is predicated, and praying that the pro bate court make a decree authorizing and directing the said H. T. Holdt to convey Baid real estate to said petitioner as the person en titled thereto. Dr. Caley Was called to the Hartn^an Camp home on Monday. All are down with influenza except Mrs. Hartman Camp, but are all improving. The doc tor was also called the same day to the Ole Hanson home. Ben Carpenter has purchased a 200- acre farm west of Blue Mound. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Swearinger and two sons, Hansford and Dick, were taken down with the flu the same day and Dr. Caley was called there on the 9th.
