The Question to be Decided by the of Time Appeal Beantl/nl Costly Prize to be Awarded to tbe Winner. THE APPEAL has determined to have its thotfeands of readers from the Atlan tic to the Pacific and from the Great Lakes to the Gulf, decide who shall wear the crot^i as the most beautiful Afro-A meiican women. The contest will not be confined to any particular locality but every respectable Colored women in the United States will be allowed to com pete for the prize. Two prizes will be awarded: One to the most beautiful married woman, the other to the most beautiful single wo man. In each case tbe prize will be a beau tiful gold medal inecribed with the name of the fortunate winner. The contest will close December 31, 1891 at 6 o'dock P. M., the close of the business day. Only a few weeks remain, and those who have candidates for whom thev are voting should bestir themselves. Aside from the intrinsic value of the medals it will small honor to declared "The Most Beautiful of A fro-American Women." The names of all beauties who have less than 100 votes December 1, will be omitted from the Hat.
