The Anti-lynching Crusaders'head
quarters are located at 501 Kasota
Bldg., phone Geneva 4484, resident
phone Dinsmore 7255.- We would ap
preciate the co-operation of all in
terested in the passing of the Dyer
bill and especially the women of the
Twin Cities and vicinity.
Mrs. Edward H. Morris of Chicago
spent Thursday and Friday of last
week visiting Mr. and Mrs. William
R. Morris. During her short stay
about forty friends called to see her.
She returned to Chicajgo Friday eve
ning taking her small niece, Elizabeth
Z. Morris, with her to spend the
holidays.
Don't fail to attend the Third An
niversary Card Party and Dance to
be given by Minnehaha Temple No.
129, Daughter Elks', at Elks' Hall,
6th and Lyndale on Wednesday eve
ning, December 27th. Several prizes
wiH be given away. Card playing
from 8 to 11 P. M. Dancing from 11
to 2 A. M. Admission 50 cents.
ORDER TO PRESENT CLAIMS
WITHIN THREE MONTHS.
State of Minnesota, County of Ramsey in
Probate Court.
In the Matter of the Estate of Philip H.
Anderson, Deceased.
Letters of Administration of the Estate
of Philip H. Anderson, deceased, late of the
city of St. Paul in the County of Ramsey
and State of Minnesota being granted to.
Lola Anderson.
It appearing on proper proof by affidavit
made and filed herein, as provided by law,
that there are no debts against the estate
of said deceased:
It is ordered, that three months be and
the same is hereby allowed from and after
the date of this Order, in which all persons
having claims or demands against the said
deceased, if any there be, are required to
file the same in Probate Court of said
County, for examination and, allowance, or
be forever barred.
It is further ordered, that the first Monday
in April. 1923, at 10 o'clock A. M., at a
General Term of said Probate Court, to
be held at the Court House in the City of
St. Paul, in said County, be and the same
hereby is appointed as the time and the
place when and where the said Probate
Court will examine and adjust said claims
and demands.
And it iB further ordered, that notice of
such hearing be given to all creditors' and
persons interested in said Estate, by forth
with publishing this Order once in each week
for three successive weeks in the Appeal, a
legal newspaper printed and published- in
said County.

Whereas, Addie Bellesen of the City of
St. Paul and State of Minnesota has de
livered to the Probate Court of the County
of Ramsey, an instrument in writing pur
porting to be the Last Will and Testament
of Sylvester J. Bellesen. late of Ramsey
County, Minnesota/decedent arid filed there
with her petition to said Probate Court
praying that the said instrument may be
proved and admitted to probate and that
Letters Testamentary be granted thereon to

heard and that all persons interested in said
matter be cited and required to appear be
fore this Court on Tuesday, the 9th day of

at the Probate Court Rooms, in the Court
House in the City of St. Paul, in said
County, and show cause, if any they have,
why said petition should not be granted
and said Will admitted to probate and that
this citation be served by the publication
thereof in the Appeal according to law, and
by mailing a copy of this citation at least
14 days before said day of hearing to each
of the heirs, devisees, legatees of said de
cedent whose names and addresses are
known and appear from the files of this
Court.

Paul, and to serve' a copy of your answer
to the said complaint on the subscriber
hereto, plaintiff's attorney, at his officer
room number 514 Court Block, in the city
of St. Paul, in the County of Ramsey and
State of Minnesota, within thirty (80) days
after the service of this summons upon you,
exclusive of the day of such service and if
you fail to answer the said complaint within
the time aforesaid -the plaintiff in this action"
