tracts of land and town lots and parts of town 1.4a, in the name of the Mayor and Aldermen of the city of
Xashville for tlie sums annexed to each ; being the amount of taxes, costs aud charges, duo severally thereon
for the vear. And it m ordered by the Court that faid scveril town lots or parts of town lots, or so much
thereof "as shall be sutbeient of eacn of ttieui to satisfy the taxes, costs and charges annexed lo thorn severally

Citv of Xashville. will otter for sale, for cash, at the Court house Yard, in said City of Nashville, on the
