The Ladiet of this Institution being specially de
voted to the education ol the young oi their owusei,
will leave nothing undone to Unpen t to the puplid oonQ-,
ded to their care a thorough education, iu highest Sense
of the word. The ruligion prolesseu by the Utiles ol
the Institution is the Catholic, and they will impart
special religious instruction to pupils professing that
taith. Pupiis of every religious denomination will be
admitted, and no undue influence wilt bo used to bias
tbe religious principles ot the young ladies; nor will
any ot them be permitted to embrace the Catholic
faith without the verbal or writtt) consent of parents
or guaruians. Uniformity a k1 order, however,
