This act of incorporation may be changed. modilled, or altered, or this corporation dis solved with the ass nat of thrt'o-fourths of the cailtal thereof at any general meeting of the stockholders of said corpor -tilo, convened for such purpose, after ten days' notice of such meeting shall have been given in two news papers published in the city of New Orleans. ARTICLE SEVENTH. This corporation whenever dissolved, either by termination ol its charter or from any other cause whatever, shall be liquidated by three commissioners to be appointed by the board of directors. who shall remain in office until the final settlement and liquidation of said com pany's affairs. ARTICLE EIGHTH. No stockholder shall ever be held liable or re sponsible for the contracts or faults of this cor poration in any further sum than the unpaid balance due to the company on the shares owned by him.
