Financial. KANSAS CITY SOUTHERN RAILWAY To the Holders of Voting Trust Certificates for Preferred and Common Stock. Refrmnp to the announced termination of the Voting Trust, the undersigned, who own and represent upwards of a majority of the certificates, have been requested to arrange for the organi tation of a new and independent management of the property through the election of a Board of Directors at the forthcoming annual meeting of the stockholders to be held on May 17th.
