After West Side Property. The Butterick Publishing Company, devoted to dress pattern and literature relating thereto, is negotiating to buy the holdings of the James M. Pyle and the Arthur B. Kelly estates on the block bounded by Hudson, Canal, Broome and Watts sts. The pending sale of the property to a concern in the section was announced in yesterday's Tribune. The Pyle es? t?t? property is at 675 to 679 and 585 to 589 Broome st.; 681 and b&Z Broome st. is owned by the Kelly estate. The two buildings nava a frontage of 246.2 feet on this thoroughfare. The other property of the Pyle estate is at 216 to 230 Hudson st., a frontage of 168.9 feet and at 90 to 10S Watts st., a frontage of 196 feet.
