The present officials of thc Grand Circuit were re-electcd. On scoring violations the stewards recommended the following to both I rules committees: To Punish I'nruly Drivers "A rule to be made v.hereby a starter, i by consent of the presiding judge, may punish unruly drivers in scoring b^ i substituting a drivcr for that race or ? day, or fine or suspension from one to seven days or by di :.'ualifying horse and refunding entrance fees."
