of executing tbe fiat of Judge Fitzgerald to
m take ihebody of Isaac L. Boltok and deUver
it at Huntingdon, Carroll county. Mr. Feltz

ties. He demanded that the crowd open the
way to his entrance into the prison, which the
' .-guard refused, assuring hin that he coarld not
enter, aad that they had ample feree to prevent
it. They further told Met that they were UBder

him that they would quietly disperse as soon
as be left the ground that no violence was in
tended to the prisoner, and that no excitement

Sheriff', after again demanding to be permitted

off. Thss ended the history of the Bolton
excitement for the present. The sequel of the
