The Commercial Club committees have arranged for the publication of this article and have promised a fair return in subscriptions to the Magazine. Other cities notably, St. Louis, Milwaukee and Omaha, have been given extended articles in the magazine under similiar arrangements as to subscriptions and the Commer- cial Club feels that this city is in duty bound to make a showing as the cities named. Nothing is payable on the subscription until you receive" the magazine with the article. The club hopes that there will be a prompt response to this request.
