The camp censor is cutting out all scores in reports for newspapers and general dissemination. It can be said, however, that some fine scores are be ing made, a number of which were close to the possible. It is probable the twenty-one contestants will shoot two days more before the team of fourteen is selected for Seagirt. Firing on the skirmish and long-dis tance ranges comprises the work in hand this afternoon. MAKES FAMOUS CUBES Thousands Treated by Chrismas, Divine Healer, at Grafton. Escanaba, Mich., Aug. 11.As a climax to the sensational snit for alienation of the affections of his wife, begun by Albert S. Holtman of Green Bay, against Henry Rahr, a mllliontfre brewery owner, Mr. Rahr and Mrs. Holtman Geer, Mho was granted a divorce, were married here last night. The ceremony was performed by Rev. P. F. Ferris of the Presbyterian church and an at tempt was made to keep the affair quiet. Both the clerk who issued the marlage license and the minister who per formed the ceremony were sworn to secrecy, but at 7 o'clock last night, after many refusals to be seen, Mr. Rahr confirmed the re port of his marriage to the woman for alienat ing whose affections he had been sued for $50,000. At the marriage ceremony, only the "brother and sister of the bride were present. The trial suit brought by Holtman against Rahr was one of the most sensational ever heard in Green Bay. The rames of many prominent people were mentioned in the case, which oc cupied three weeks in trial. The jury failed to reach a verdict and it was later announced that the case was settled. Mrs. Holtman was awarded a divorce from her husband after a struggle and has since been living in seclusion with her mother. She was for many years a society leader. SAYS HE WAS FIRST ATTACKED Steinkamp, Murder Case Defendant, Testifies at Fargo. 4RGO, N. The most important witness for the defense in the case of the state against Nicholas Steinkamp on the charge of murdering Charlie Dolman, was the defendant himself. He graphically detailed the occurrences of that night and told how, after being beaten by Dolman over the lead with a butt of a buggy whip, and kicked in the groin, be struck Dolman a terrific blow over the heart with his pocketknife. The cross examination failed to weaken materially the story of Steinkamp. Some of the corrobora tive evidence so far introduced has not been of an impressive nature, but If Steinkamp's story can be confirmed the chances seem fa vorable to his acquittal. Aug. 30 will be Fargo day at the North Dako ta, state fair at Grand Forks. The Fargoans are planning to go in great numbers on that date and help boost along the fair and the attend ance.
