Goo New Right Here
A man doesn't have to be a mem
ber of the Chamber of Commerce to
understand that the woolen goods
market is high in the air and is
going to stay there.
And Frenzied Finance is as calm
as a game of casino compared with
the buying efforts of the tailors who
didn't have the foresight to see
what was going to happen to woolen
stuffs in time to buy before the rise.
Call me lucky or discerning I
got my orders to my mills so early
this spring that I secured" the entire
fall and winter stock at the old
prices.
Will I sell goods in wholesale lots
to those tailors who want my ma
terials? I should say not. I will
soc-it-to-Jem
this fall and winter
with the best materials I ever owned
and at prices that will rock competi
tion to sleep for sure.
So when I announce a "Fair
Week Sale-" it is no gentle whisper.
It should appeal to you as a loud
voiced invitation to order your fall
suit or overcoat right away.
First of all you get satisfaction or
you pay nothing.
Then I sayand will prove it
that for $15 I will make for you a
suit or overcoat that no tailor in
Minneapolis can equal for $30. For
$20 I will make you a regular $35
to $40 suit or overcoat, and for $25
I will make you a suit or overcoat
good enough for a millionaire.
I don't know what money will buy
in tailoring that I do not supply for
$15, $20 or $25. I sum up style,
wear and fit in the one phrase,'' Sat
isfaction or no Pay."
All the fall goods are here and we
will make them up any style on the
new fashion plates. Yours,
Harry Mitchell.

ing fair week. Spend
your money at the fair

I suppose I'm like all the big fel-

little fellow win. But honestly now,
why shouldr 't the Jap get the bun?
He's the best man.
"That reminds me that in' those
peace negotiations, the Bussian had all
t-'^i^ki^MM^i
the best of it. It was very natural for
the Japs to give in on the indemnity
proposition. Why? You see the Bus
sians had a half million units in the
field that were useless to them. They
had just as lief they were killed off as
not. The Japs had a half million men
in the field that they had use for at
home. They were good men to live
with and good men to associate with.
Now, there was something like 2,000,000
yen as the price of each half

those soldiers. That's four yen1

man. Well, the Bussians had nothing
to lose, and the Japs had. The Japs
figured their men worth more than four
yen per. The Bussians figured their men
not worth a kopeck per. There's
your solution. No wonder the Japs
gave in.
"It's wonder the Japs won. I've
seen them fight the Bussians in fistic
encounters. They always win. The
Bussian will scrap like the deuce when
cornered, but that's all he knows. But
talk about your Bismarcks. What do
you think of our Roosevelt?"
