Consolidated Hallway and Power company
held Us meeting to ratify the action of Its
directors and without u dissenting vote
the consolidation went through.
On Saturday. morning the directors will
meet at 11 o'clock and eject officers and
othcrwlso perfect the organization of tho
company. Tho capitalization Is ?10.000,CW,
of which SO.OOO.OO) wjll be Issued it ortte, to
be taken up by tho stockholders In return
for their old paper. The other $1,000,000
will be held to be sold foe Improvements
and ropalrs. Although the two companies
merged were not on a. par as far as divi
dends were concerned, the exchango of
shares will be on tho same basis, three
shares of the old companies drawing two
