Notice Is hereby given that a. special
meeting of the stockholders of tho Castle
Valley Coal Company, a corporation or
ganized and existing under and by virtue
of the laws of Wyoming, Is hereby called
to be beld at the office of the company
In the court house block In the town of
Evanston, county of Uinta and stato of
Wyoming, at 12 o'clock noon on Monday.
October 14th. 1012, for tho following pur

1. To consider and act upon the action
of tho board of directors of said com
pany in adopting a resolution authorizing
and directing
(a) Tho Issuance and negotiation by;
this company of a series of gold bonds
aggregating one million (Sf.000.000.00)

forth in said resolution of the board of

of which resolution will be presented to
