public primary meeting here to-day, a
middle-aged man in the audience, who
was fumbling a rolled-up handkerchief
in his band and persistently snlthlng and

London. Aug. C Dr. H. Manning Fish,
of Jollet, 111, declared at the medical
congress that most of the blindness in
the vorld is the result of catarrh In the
upper nasal cavities or the bony cells
