Goodman. Mar garet E. Jones- and Mary J. Boteler. The Appellate Court holds that one-half In terest In the property belongs to Ellxa V. Wrenn and Eia Isabelle Schmidt. The parties to the controversy were heirs of Mrs. Mary McRean. who died In MOX The title to the property came Into dispute In IMS. when suit wss filed by Elmra M. Goodman and others to exclude their half-slaters, Mrs. Wrenn and Mrs. Schmidt, from participation in tba property.
