largest crowd in the history of the
fair association attended the third
day of t)^s Fairfax County Fair,
otherwise known 9* World War Veterans'
Day. The program for the
day began at 10 a. m. with the horse
how, which was largely attended.
The first class to he exhibited wan
the light draft, which was followed
by Class 4 horses In harness at
10:10, Class 14 ponies under saddle
at 10:20 and Class 8. ladles' saddle,
at 10:30.
At 11:JO a parade of world war
veterans of Fairfax County was
held, and at 12 a dinner was served
the veterans by the ladles of the I

all were entertained at dinner. At
11:45 an address was made by Mis.*

At 2 p. m. Class 7. Fairfax saddle
horses, was exhibited, and at 2:051
