FOR THIN FOLKS
By W. C. Cotton, M. D.
Thin people who are worried
by their thinness have really no
particular cause to worry. Ex
cessive thinness, if not due to
any unnatural condition, is easily
remedied. Most any hospital can
take the average ,thin person and
j)Ut nearly a pound of flesh a day
On him for a good ,many days
hand running.
It's merely a matter of plenty
of the right kind of food and
plenty of rest. Drink 'milk, lots
of it, half a dosen glasses a day
wont be too much. Eat an abun
dance of plain', nourishing food,
as much as you can eat 'without
distressing your stomach. Sleep
nine hours a day, take gentle ex
ercise, don't worry and vou will
take on flesh if ( there's nothing
Dut tninness tne matter witn you.
