INNOCENT VICTIM OF BIGAMIST?
The police of every state in the
Union and of British Columbia
are watching for this pretty face
in thehope of arresting a man
.whom they declare is a bigamist,
a confidence swindler and an exJ
convict with a long record in

.The man is known as Harry
Westwood Cooper. The girl is
Anna Milbrathan Oakland, Cal.,
trained nurse, who, according to
the police, has been duped by
Cooper into a bigamous mar
riage. .Cooper, it is charged,
won the girl's heart when he was
posing as "Doctor Abrahams" in
The parents of the girl had fa
vored "Dr. Abraham's, suit and
had lent him money. The couple
were married and had disappear
ed before Cooper's identity was
revealed by the police.
The parents of the girl as well
as the police believe Miss Mil
brath is still ignorant of the true
character of the marriage.
