THIEF IS FINED HEAVY.
Colonel Frazee, 4442 Evans
avenue, was' fined $100 and cpsts
by Judge Going in Clark street
court this morning on a charge of
stealing and attempting to sell
three boxes of cigars.
Suspicions of the police were
aroused when they saw Frazee
trying to sell the sigars to a res
taurant keeper for half the whole
sale price.
Frazee, who conducts a pool
room, claims to be a brother of
Seward C. Frazee, general mana
ger of the Nelson Morris packing
plants west of Chicago, with
headquarters in Kansas City.
