Many momentous questions
ought to come before the Novem
ber grand jury, and will come be
fore it if Stage's Attorney Way
man keeps his promises.
The question of open vice has
not yet been settled; there are

Therefore the personnel of the
November grand jury isr of the.
utmost importance to the- people,
The November grand jury was
drawn by the clerk of the criminal
court yesterday.
- Read some of the names that

Jacob L. Kesner, philanthropist,
millionaire real estate 'man, form
er general superintendent of the
Fair department store, anil owner
of much property in the redlight
district.
Clyde F. Lloyd, secretary and
business manager of. the Proper
ty Owners' and Taxpayers' As
sociation. J. Ogden Armour, plutocrat
packer and big owner of South
Side property.
Edward Tilden, plutocrat pack-
l er and 'big owner of South Side
property.
Evert E. Noyes, manager of
the aristocratic Union League
club.
Henry P. Crowell, president of
the Quaker Oats Company and
big property owner.
Thomas Cusack, millionaire of
billboard fame and also a big
property owner.
The 'list of names from which
the clerk of the criminal 'court
must draw the jurors is made up
by the jury commissioners.
The present jury commission
