LORIMER OPERATED ON -
Former U. S. Senator William
Lorimer was operated on for. ap
pendicitis by JDr. Arthur Dean
Bevan at the Presbyterian Hos
pital at 9:40 o'clock this morning.
When the incision was made a
complicated appendix lesion was
found and the appendix removed.
Lorimer is now resting easily
and is on the high-road to recover.
- Lorimer was stricken with ap
pendicitis while he was planning
a trip through the state to explain
to the people his stand in the
fight which ended in his expulsion
from the Senate.
