Brevaine DreyfUs De Acosta's
suit for $53,000 against Joseph F.
Butler, Jr the steel millionaire,
was dismissed by Justice Davis in
the Supreme Court today.
In dismissing the case Justice
Davis as much as said he did not
believe the suit was on the level.

Butler was a friend of Dreyfus.
Butler went to her to arrange a
settlement between them.
Butler first proposed his settle

neys, two men went to Butler one
week later and asked him what he
