Birmingham, Ala., March ,24. Bright the baseball sky of Harry Chap
man, recruit catcher of the Cincinnati club. Mike Finn, Mobile manager
and the man who put Little Rock, Ark., on the baseball map, says "Chappie"
has as good a throwing arm as any youngster he ever saw.
Finri vented his opinion as he watched the recruit stop Donnie Bush
