Fresh from college, keen and livel:
young Bob Justler,had set himself uj)
as an estate and' house-agent in a
busy suburb. Business, however, did
not actually fly into his arms, and'

It had been a barren morning.
Glancing out of his window during
the afternoon, Bob espied a man ap

of his office.

receiver, Bob turned upon the pros pective
"Yes, sir?" he inquired. "We're
frightfully bupy," of course, but al
ways glad to see fresh faces! What
may we do for you?"
"I've come irom the telephone of
fice, sir," came the reply,. "We shall,
be able to connect .up your 'phone
today. And I am asked-to apologize
for the delay." ' '
