music Jn a penitentiary in this coun
try and has attracted attention all
over the United States because of
his new methods of handling con
victs. "Men, after all, are largely like
animals," says the warden, "and they
are crossest when eating. Trouble
in penitentiaries and asylums of the
country, you will find on careful in-
